Opened in August of 2017, located right off of Morton Street, our Denison location feels like home. As a renovated residence, HBLA Denison is uniquely set up, with rooms that are cozy and cute! The upper building houses our littlest of students, while our downstairs building offers a creative environment for our older students to explore! Enrollment ranges from 6 weeks to 13 years, providing part-time, full-time, and before and after school care!

Hi, my name is Luly Garcia, I’m 29 years old. I’ve been employed at HBLA Denison for 5 years now come October. I started as the Pre-K teacher and worked my way up to Assistant and now Director. As a child I always told myself I wanted to become a teacher. Now I get to be that and more. My favorite part about working with children is I get to hear all their creative stories that come to their little minds. I enjoy caring for all children individually and being able to provide them a safe place where they get to grow and learn. I’m a mom of 3 boys and during our free time we love to watch movies, snack, or just have fun in the sun. As my years continue here at HBLA I hope I get to meet many new friends and continue to help shape the minds of our future generation!

My name is Alycia Hope, I am the Assistant Director here at HBLA Denison. People say it all the time but, I LOVE MY JOB. I am someone who likes to interact, I like to be busy, I like to be silly, and I LOVE to be loud! Here at HBLA, we are just that! My favorite part about this career is watching all my babies grow, and watching them pick up on things that they learn daily! They are always so amazed! It’s a warm feeling. It’s much like home here. I am a mom of 3 myself, so when I am not here, I am taking care of the house, or enjoying family/friend time, no matter what it may be. We are little fishes, so you can most likely find us by the water soaking up the sun, weather permitting, of course!

My name is Ashley Brown I am the team administrator at HBLA Denison I have been employed here for 2 years I’ve always loved working in childcare and around children. I started my career here as the PreK & Toddler 3 teacher and continued to work my way up. My favorite part about my job is building connections with the children as well as their parents and watching them grow on a daily basis. I enjoy getting to provide a warm and safe environment for everyone that’s apart of the HBLA family. I am a mother of 1 little boy. During my free time I like to spend quality family time by shopping, the race track, and just sitting at home.
